The McCard is the Destroyer that still has life for her Alumni Association Members. Each year as we gather to relive our past history aboard the Rock-in Bobby, we tell our great sea stories to our fellow shipmates. All members are appreciated, no matter your status. With your support, we can keep the Rock-in Bobby afloat in our hearts and minds. The McCard was a part of so many of our lives and we live to tell the history of the greatest ship in our lives' history. It is a part of the biography of our Navy Times. We bond together to give GySgt (MOH) Robert H. McCard his legacy, which is important and meaningful, for it is the reason the association exists.
